By using the ‘Restraint Reduction Toolkit’ (which is based on the ideas suggested by Scanlan, 2010, D’Orio et al, 2007, Huckshorn et al, 2014, and Hellerstein et al, 2007) we have seen that significant reduction in the rate of restraint can be made.
