Mindfulness Training in UK Secondary Schools: a Multiple Case Study Approach to Identification of Cornerstones of Implementation

In this study we looked out how mindfulness training in UK schools that are secondary or similar to high school in the United States. We don’t have enough data to determine whether or not these techniques will be effective until we get a larger case study. Some schools benefited greatly from teaching mindfulness when they had teachers who were more motivated to achieve these goals. We think that we will find out that teaching mindfulness can allow for healthier students who are less stressed out.
