A: Absolutely not. We do not charge extra to certificate for the courses that your trainers will run in-house. unlike many providers, our fees are transparent, there are no hidden charges. The course fee entitles you to train (and certificate) as many staff in your organisation per year as you require (within the allowed trainer-to-delegate ratios).
