Calling All Residential Childcare Staff Who Feel Frustrated, Burnt Out & Overwhelmed:

Discover The Proven 3-Step Method To Significantly Reduce Incidents in Your Homes

And Create A Nurturing Environment Where Children Can Thrive

Your Team's Passion To Help Children Shouldn’t Feel Painful

We’ve all had “off” days at work…

But when one day quickly turns into weeks and months of feeling overwhelmed and burnt out, it’s time for a wake-up call.

If your Team struggles with:

  • Feeling lost and powerless to control children's behaviour

  • Frustrated that nothing they’ve tried is working

  • They dread work and are taking more and more time off

  • They're losing the passion for a career they once loved

Then, it’s a clear sign that they need a new type of support.

Because they can’t help children in crisis if they’re struggling themselves.

Transform Your Results with the One Proven Solution

The key to creating a harmonious and supportive environment where both the children and the adults can thrive is through knowledge, skills, empathy and understanding.

Because when your team fully understands trauma, unmet attachement needs and the impact of toxic shame, they’ll not only understand the child, they’ll more importantly be able to support them towards recovery.

That is why we have carefully crafted comprehensive and easily accessible 2, 3, and 4-Day Courses that will provide you with everything you need to:

  • Cultivate the ideal environment for children to flourish

  • Apply simple techniques to correctly support children in crisis

  • Reduce tension, stress, and the need for restrictive practices (#AimingForZero!)

  • Improve the quality of life for both your team and the children in your care

  • And so much more…

All so your teams can start to love their job again, feel fulfilled, and regain that spark of passion they once had.

Our 2, 3, or 4-Day Courses Will Help You:
